Measuring a full 37 inches at just 31 ounces, this “long trainer” gives hitters the length they need to learn how to properly turn the barrel and get it out in front without cheating with the hands.

It teaches barrel awareness, promotes better sequencing, and helps “handsy” hitters who rely too much on their arms instead of letting the body drive the swing. If you lose the barrel early or struggle to keep it on plane, the Catapult will quickly show you the correct feel.
